At MOZA Racing, we stand by the quality of our sim racing hardware and offer a 30-day return window for products in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our dedicated support team is here to assist with your refund or exchange request.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to initiate the return process.

• 2.
  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our service center.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, including all cables and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
